    • Checked system charge, found no pressure, pressurized system to check for leaks, found leak at front hose assembly to connects to condenser and evaporator. Recommended to replace hose and recharge.
    • Connected the a/c machine to check for leaks and found the high pressure a/c hose leaking, recommend replacing customer advised and approved repairs. Performed repairs and recheck system, found it was not holding pressure due to the a/c suction hose also leaking, replaced a/c hose and no other leaks found.

    • Connected a scan tool and pulled codes P0171- system too lean bank 1, and P0174- system too lean bank 2. Found a vacuum leak at the intake manifold, also found several oil leaks, the rear main seal is leaking, the oil pan is leaking, the valve covers are leaking, all these leaks are causing a lean condition on the vehicle, recommend replacing the intake manifold gasket, the oil pan gasket, valve cover gaskets, the rear main seal gasket and recheck, customer advised and approved repairs. Performed repairs, cleaned all oil residue. Road tested and no fault codes returned and vehicle cleared all monitors and passed the smog inspection. Customer advised to drive vehicle and return in about 2 weeks to recheck no other leaks are present.
    • OIL PAN GASKET – Remove & Replace – RWD
    • VALVE COVER GASKET – Remove & Replace – Both – [Includes: Camshaft Covers on Over Head Cam Engines.]
    • CRANKSHAFT MAIN OIL SEAL – Remove & Replace – RWD Rear – [Includes: R&I Transmission Assembly and Flywheel.]
    • INTAKE MANIFOLD GASKET – Remove & Replace
    • SMOG INPECTION By Law, You may choose another Licensed Smog Check facility to perform any needed repairs or adjustments which the Smog Check test indicates are necessary.
    • Customer requested shop to perform OBD drive cycle to complete monitors.

    • Pressurized cooling system and found the radiator leaking, visually inspected and found the cooling fan blade had broken off and damage the radiator, recommend replacing the cooling fan and the radiator, and recheck system, customer advised and approved repairs. Performed repairs, road tested and vehicle operated properly. Customer advised to check temperature while driving.

    • Scan test. found code P3425 returned and stor permanent, all monitors completed. Rechecked all circuits and found oil solenoid high resistance when warm and not responding when commanding on and off. #4 Cylinder oil control valve solenoid failed. Recommend to replace oil control manifold.
    • VALVE LIFTER OIL MANIFOLD – Remove & Replace – [Includes: R&I Intake Manifold. Includes: R&I Fuel Injection Pump. Includes: R&I Fuel Rail.]
    • Change engine oil and filter, add up to 6 qts. of oil, lube chassis as necessary, check all fluids and top off if necessary, check for any leaks.
    • Replace injector seals
