- Advice customer of any findings. *Additional charge for freon and recharge.* Freon Readings: Amount Recovered: .48lbs Amount Recharged: 1.04lbs Confirmed customers concern and found a/c inop. Checked and tested fuses and found all fuses ok. Checked wiring and found all wiring ok. Tested the a/c control an found the blower motor switch faulty, and the cabin filter is clogged. Recommend replacing the cabin filter and the blower motor is part of the a/c controller therefore it's replaced as a whole, also found vehicle low on freon., customer was advised and approved repairs. Performed repairs, retested and a/c is now operating properly.
